Parker loves to Swim

For the last few weeks, we have been going to our friends pool to swim. This is a great thing for Parker and I to do during the day while Daddy is at work. I am finally able to work on my tan (sunburn) for once. Parker has gotten so brave with swimming that he went down their water slide on Sunday night.
Parker got to show Daddy how he swims for the first time.
Look at me! "I swim by myself"

Down he goes.
And into Daddy's arms.
We can't believe that Parker likes doing this at 2 years of age.

Our Trip To St. Louis

3 weeks ago, Parker and I drove to St. Louis to visit my family. Parker did really good on the 9 hour car ride. We had a lot of fun seeing my family and Parker loved playing with his cousins. Parker keeps asking to back to Will's house. Little does he know that would mean another car ride to get to Will's house.
This is Parker at the Children's Zoo inside the St. Louis Zoo.

Doesn't Parker look like his Mommy?

Two months before I quit my job, we were able to go to the Beach for a long weekend. I have had a client in Mobile, AL for the last 3 years and I decided to take David and Parker along with me on my last visit to Mobile. While I was working David and Parker got to play on the beach. Parker keeps asking if we can go back to the beach again (to his beach house). We stayed in a really cute 1 bedroom Condo and we really hope that one day we can go back there.
We thought this would happen in his teenage years. Drinking out of the container. However, he has started at 2-1/2. He thinks it is fun to screw of the top and chug away.

Parker has his Mommies eyes and looks. Don't you think. His hair has red highlights, but not the full red hair like me.

Pictures of Silly Parker

Okay, I have finally made a blog and actually have the time to do one. Now that I am staying home with Parker, I will be able to update our family and friends with pictures of our wonderful son.

After nine years in the corporate world, we have decided that it is time for me to stay home with our son. Parker has really enjoyed staying home with his mommy for the last 3 weeks.

A year ago, I started a candle business from home. I am so excited to be able to focus on my candle business and my family while I stay home with Parker.

Here are some recent pictures of Parker. Enjoy!
